Thyme & Bloom provides dependable, chef-made wholesale items for cafés, venues, and attractions across Bendigo. Our range is baked and prepared in-house using quality seasonal ingredients, with consistent portions and pack sizes that suit busy service.

We currently focus on fresh café staples, muffins, scones, cakes, toasties and focaccias, ideal for grab-and-go cabinets, counter displays, or function catering. Dietary requirements can be accommodated where possible, and we’re happy to develop items that fit your menu and customers.
